I'm so sorry for the delay. I had mentioned that there was a possibility that some of the shipments would roll over into July, and unfortunately they have.
I've read your comments, and I understand your feelings. I have not managed this project as well as you deserved. It has never been my intention to upset or hurt anyone. I'm not purposefully messing up or trying to take advantage of you. I'm doing my best to make amends and fulfill your rewards. I know that it's been a very slow process and I truly appreciate all of your patience.
Some of you have been frustrated that I’m attending conventions and taking commissions instead of fulfilling your orders. Con appearances and commissions are my full-time job. Unfortunately, without them I cannot keep the lights on.
As for selling the extra bat product on Etsy - I promise, I am not selling your pins. The best pins have been set aside and reserved for you, the kickstarter backers. I'm selling the extras since the pins were ordered in bulk. As I’ve mentioned, I underestimated the cost of shipping, so the funds from surplus pin sales are going directly to fund kickstarter shipping costs.
With all of the above being said, I am embarrassed and ashamed. I'm incredibly sorry that I've made some of you upset enough to not like me or my art anymore. This is heartbreaking to hear since you’re all very important to me.
Moving forward, the plan for shipping is as follows-
I'm wrapping up 39 packages for this week's batch. The remainder will be shipped out in batches in the coming weeks and should be finalized by August. All of the freebies will be ordered and shipped after pin orders are fulfilled.
As I send out shipment waves, I'll be sure to update you guys.

Hey guys!
So I just wanted to touch base with you and let you know that I'm shipping out rewards. I've been using my profit from conventions and such to ship out waves over the past two months. Heroes Con just ended (it's one of my top two events of the year) and it was kind of a wash compared with last year (almost all of the artists I spoke to said the same). I was anticipating a much larger turnout from what was projected by the company running the event. It was a letdown for sure. So some of the shipments might roll over to next month. DX (I'm debating opening a credit card just to get these out to you this month.)
But a huge chunk of you should be getting tracking information for your shipments this week!!! :D HUZZAH! I'm a one woman army getting these all packed up but I'm working on them every day and taking crates out to the post office!! I'm so excited to be getting these out to you!
I'll post an update on the progress next week!
